Hand Cream Haul From Crabtree & Evelyn :3

Today, I received a giant box from a courier and I didn't know what it was until I read the label on the tag. I ordered this awhile back online and I almost forgot about it since I was too busy focusing on exams and school.

Here is a size comparison of the box :3

Tiffany blue & petals gel nails by Luv' IN Nails

I got this set from the same nail salon which is Luv' IN Nails, which is located in Splendid China Tower. Another girl called Winnie did my nails. I chose to go simple this time so I end up with a tiffany blue french nails with matching the blue green transparent loose glitter to blend with the tip color. I also added two white roses for $3 each. The roses I added this time were much cheaper because they were made out of a mold instead of carving with pen and sculpture powder. This set cost $36.

My first ever Gel Nails! (October 2012)

This nail set was the first time I ever went to a Nail Salon and got my nails done in my life. My boyfriend convinced me to go try it once since I always wanted to try it out. After reading many reviews about local Nail Salons, I ended up choosing one call Luv'In Nails (Splendid China Tower). I was super nervous when I got there because the Salon was so tiny and crowded with customers and very Hot :< ! I don't remember how I decided to choose this design but it turned out to be ok and I really Loved it (ontop of being my first time :3). Given my first time, it was a learning experience for me as although the end result looks great, there are some flaws to it. However, before I get into that, take a look at the photos :3

Very match with IPhone Case at the time :3

Fourth set of gel nails I did in Hong Kong - Mong Kok Ginza Plaza

A review of Hong Kong Gel Nails
This set was my last set of gel nails I did in Hong Kong during my 2013 summer vacation. It is also my favorite one out of the four sets, and it was also the cheapest one :3 even though it should have been the most expensive. It was very cheap to get this done because the store offered a trial where you could do any design for HKD $298 (approx. CAD $40) first time and HKD 378 (Approx. CAD $50) every other time. I actually wanted to get my nails done at this store earlier on in my trip but they were always fully booked, everyday of the week, every month.

Third set of gel nails I did in Hong Kong - Mong Kok West

A review of Hong Kong Gel Nails
This set is from a store that offered a "$300HKD  Any design" (around $40 CAD) package.  I forgot the name of the store, but its located in Kowloon, Mong Kok West.

Here is the set I got from there.

I really liked how it turned out but I was worried at first that it wasn't going to turn out well. The nail technician took a total 40 minutes to complete this from start to finish. Compared to my previous two gel nails in Hong Kong, they each took about 3 Hours each, both times.

The nail technician was very rushed and she kept chatting with one of her friends the whole time. During the process of removing my previous gel nails, she was very rough with the drill and thinned my natural nail :(

Second set of gel nails I did in Hong Kong - Rainbows Nail

A review of Hong Kong Gel Nails
This is the second set of gel nails I did when I was in Hong Kong. I did it at the same store I went for my first one which you can see here :3 I actually really like how they put on a thicker layer of clear gel base. I noticed that HK has a larger variety of colors especially the pinks and the blues.

This design was actually an inspiration from the Little Twin Stars :3

Gel Nails I did on vacation in Hong Kong - Rainbows Nail

A review of Hong Kong Gel Nails
I spent my last summer in Hong Kong for vacation and I stayed there for almost three months=) I heard getting gel nails done in Hong Kong is cheaper than getting it in Canada so how could I miss the chance ;P I did some research and I wanted to make sure that it is reliable because I am getting hard gel nails and the process of removing it can make your nails weaker and thinner if the nail technician is not experienced.

This set cost me around $360HKD so its around $50 CAD.

I am doing a post on this gel nail because I really like the 3D flower sculptures they did! The store I usually go to in Canada only does one color 3D sculptures on nails. I hope they offer different colors or overlapping in the future!!

If you are interested to know where is this place in Hong Kong , welcome to leave me a comment!!

Here are pictures :3 !!

really like the overlapping flowers!
